Rebecca Glass, LMSW

Rebecca is Licensed Master of Social Work in Virginia.  She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University and her Master of Social Work Degree with a concentration in Sexuality and Gender from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Rebecca has specialized training in sex and relationship therapy from some of the fields most renowned therapists.

Rebecca works with couples and individuals to create more resilient, joyful relationships. She has specialized training in sex and relationship therapy as well as a concentration in sexuality and gender studies from her master’s program. Her therapeutic approach is relational, optimistic, and trauma-informed. Rebecca also uses evidence-based modalities to treat anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, struggles related to ADHD, LGBTQ+-specific challenges, trauma, and body image/eating issues among others. In therapy, she aims to get her clients closer to their authentic selves so they can live a life in alignment with their truest values and desires. She also utilizes mindfulness-based approaches and parts work to strip away entrenched negative beliefs that keep people locked in painful patterns. Rebecca welcomes clients of all gender identities and expressions, as well as queer and straight couples in all relationship structures to her practice.
